I went here for an Acrylic removal. Instead of following the usual procedure, she started cutting my nails! It was so painful. And for the remainder of acrylic on the nail, she was using a plastic nail extension to remove it. Not only I lost the length, but I got bruises under my nails which kept on paining for next couple of days.
I found the staff quite rude too, when I entered.
